Thank you, Ben, for getting me into my home during a pandemic! You escorted me through 23 properties because regulations required a Coronavirus PEAD (Property Entry Advisory and Declaration) form to be signed and you always kept us and the Sellers' property safe by wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. This process demonstrated your tenacity to find "THE ONE" for me.

When we got to writing an offer and negotiating, you pointed out like a pro how I could improve the terms of my offer (and this wasn't simply throwing more money at the Seller but to listen and respond to their specific concerns - only by asking the right questions in a comfortable way could we clearly understand what it was that the Seller wanted).

Having known Ben before his real estate life and what kind of person he is, I was not at all surprised with the positive experience I had using him as my realtor. He was diligent with details, responsive to questions, and patient with the search process given the property requirements of his client... me.
After finding a place and starting the buying process, frankly I couldn't believe how much red tape there was in terms of inspections, disclosures, and other stuff (sidenote: thanks California for so much unnecessary nonsense in the home buying process!), but Ben made dealing with it all as painless as possible. And now I'm quite happy living in the place we found.
