You escorted me through 23 properties because regulations required a Coronavirus PEAD (Property Entry Advisory and Declaration) form to be signed and you always kept us and the Sellers' property safe by wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. This process demonstrated your tenacity to find "THE ONE" for me.

When we got to writing an offer and negotiating, you pointed out like a pro how I could improve the terms of my offer (and this wasn't simply throwing more money at the Seller but to listen and respond to their specific concerns - only by asking the right questions in a comfortable way could we clearly understand what it was that the Seller wanted).
